She Speaks - End of Programme Information

We have come to the the end of our She Speaks project in London and have completed our work on this project with you and your child. We are immeasurably proud to have served and supported over 264 young women during the lifetime of the She Speaks project.

We would like to say a massive thank you to our young people. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have you participate in this project and form part of the supportive community of women that we have built. Celebrating our skills, strengths and aspiration as a group has been a wonderful experience and we are in awe of the amount of talent that we have within our She Speaks community. You are all brilliant young women, and it has been an honour to play a small part in your journeys.   

Secondly, we would like to thank the parents, carers, guardians, and wider family members we have met whilst working with our students. Without you, the work we do is not possible and whether it be consent for employer visits, supporting your child’s engagement with their coach or encouraging your child to meet their coaching goals – it’s all about one of our key values: collaboration.

We’ll continue to work with you on the ThinkForward Programme that you are on. The She Speaks project is ending, however if you are on the FutureMe or Work Forward programme, you will continue to work with your coach and be invited to employability events. If your ThinkForward programme has already come to an end, we would love you to join our Alumni Network, so that you can continue to receive opportunities from us.

Members of our team will continue to check in regularly to gain progress updates and we would be so grateful if you can encourage your young people to engage in these opportunities. Tracking the progress, aspirations and outcomes for the young people who are part of the programme is incredibly important to us for future funding and ensures our ability to share the programme with more young people in the future.
