Our 2025-2028 strategic goals are to triple our reach over the next three years and to be able to demonstrate and amplify the effectiveness of coaching as a proven intervention for under-served young people. 

  • Expand reach through programme innovation and partnerships.
  • Diversify income streams: major donors, corporate partnerships, commissioning and services.
  • Explore strategic collaborations to scale impact.
  • Build a robust evidence base to prove impact and cost-effectiveness.
  • Publish independent evaluations and social return on investment.
  • Use our insights to influence policy and support systemic change for young people at high risk of being long-term NEET.

  • Commissioning: Secure bespoke contracts
  • Technology & Efficiency: Leverage systems and AI to optimise programme delivery and raise funds.
